DE R.L. OF C.V. (hereinafter EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING) with office at Nelson Street 421 Int 301, Col. Terranova, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

The information that is collected corresponds to your full name, email address, landline and/or cell phone number, private address, in addition to the information that appears in official documents such as official ID, passport, and visa.

OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA: The information that you provide to EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING on the occasion of the Promotion will be used for the elaboration of databases (whether disassociated or not) to contact you if you were the winner of any sweepstakes or prizes or to send you promotional materials, brochures and other advertising from EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING or third parties, keep records of purchasing patterns, disseminate information from EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING or the media industry in general or information from third parties. It will also be used for statistical and marketing purposes in general.

In terms of the applicable legal provisions, EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING will take the necessary measures to protect the personal data that the User transmits directly to EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING. The information may be protected in Mexico or abroad as EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING sees fit. The minimum computer and physical security systems are procured to prevent third parties outside the company from having access to the information provided by the participants of the various promotions organized by EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING.

To revoke the consent to the use of your personal data in the terms provided, the User must send an email to the Information Protection Department of EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING at the address privacy@ekatar.com. Said means of contact will also be authorized to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to the use of the information, according to the guidelines described in this document. The request will be made in writing in digital form through the contact address provided where the name of the owner, the required information, the error detected in his registration, the cancellation request or the opposition to the handling destined for it must be indicated. TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE: EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING reserves the right to modify the content and scope of this privacy notice at any time and as it deems necessary. This modification will be published through the site http://www.ekatar.com/privacy.html", being the obligation of the User to review and accept the new terms and conditions at the time they are published. The User will be obliged to submit to said modifications, once they come into force.

The User acknowledges and accepts that the information provided to EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING on the occasion of the Promotion, whether it includes personal data or not, could be transferred by EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING to its subsidiaries or affiliates in other countries, or to third-party agents or who have a contractual relationship with EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING, including customers, suppliers, associations, business partners or strategic allies, in accordance with their business practices, for which, the User now grants the necessary authorizations to such effect. Likewise, EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING reserves the right to share your personal data with government authorities in Mexico or abroad and to any person or in any other case contemplated in the applicable laws.

DATA PROCESSING: Likewise, You acknowledge and express your express consent for EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING to carry out the processing of all personal data discharged by You for the Promotion, including without limitation the obtaining, use, disclosure to third parties and storage of personal data, in the understanding that such treatment will be carried out for the purposes indicated above and any other purpose allowed by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its regulations or any other applicable provision regarding privacy. This privacy notice will be disclosed to third parties to whom the personal data in question is transmitted. In case of revocation of the consent for the transfer of data, EKATAR ALL IN ONE MARKETING will inform the third parties to withdraw the information provided from its database.
